About me

Vartika Jain is a counselling psychologist with an MSc in Clinical Psychology. She works primarily with young adults navigating concerns related to self-esteem, anxiety, depression, stress, career challenges, work–life balance, friendships, and personal growth.

She believes therapy should be a space where individuals can show up as their authentic selves, feeling accepted, heard, and free to express their thoughts and emotions without judgment. Rather than focusing on “fixing” people, Vartika’s approach centres on self-understanding, self-acceptance, and embracing one’s experiences with compassion.

Her therapeutic style is client-centred and flexible, adapting to the unique needs of each individual. She works collaboratively with clients, allowing them to shape the direction, pace, and goals of therapy while creating a supportive and genuine space for growth and emotional well-being.

Therapy Bookings: Terms & Conditions

Sessions coordinated directly with the therapist

Once you book a session with a therapist via SoulUp, we put you in touch with them via WhatsApp allowing you and your therapist to coordinate on a mutually convenient time.

Cancellation policy

You can reschedule or cancel sessions or switch therapists upto 24 hours of the slotted time, post which no rescheduling or refund of sessions is possible.

Late to session policy

If you are over 15 mins late to the session, then the session will be held cancelled and no refund will be available. This has been done to ensure a 'full' session for you as well as to ensure enough gap-time for the therapist before their next session.

Cancelling part of a bundled session

For sessions bought as bundle of 4 at discounted price - if after n sessions, either the therapist or the client wants to discontinue sessions, we initiate refund of remaining sessions. In this case, the actual non-discounted price is deducted for each completed session (instead of the pro-rata amount per session) from the price of the bundled offering and the refund is issued.
