About me

Aarushi Sabharwal is a Psychotherapist with 7 years of experience working with individuals and couples. She aims to create a therapeutic space that is collaborative, thoughtful, grounded, and non-judgmental—where clients can explore experiences that may feel uncertain, layered, or difficult to articulate, and make sense of them together.

Her practice is queer-affirmative and trauma-informed, with an awareness of the wider personal, relational, and social contexts that shape people’s experiences. Aarushi works with concerns including anxiety, relationship dynamics, attachment, conflict, life transitions, identity, burnout, personality patterns, and feelings of being stuck or disconnected.

Her approach is relational and insight-oriented, drawing from attachment theory, psychodynamic therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). She works with clients to understand the patterns that shape their thoughts, emotions, and relationships, where these patterns may come from, and how different parts of themselves interact.

Aarushi also pays close attention to clients’ present-moment experiences, using them as a way to understand what may lie beneath the surface. Through this process, she supports clients in developing deeper self-understanding and creating meaningful, lasting change.

Therapy Bookings: Terms & Conditions

Sessions coordinated directly with the therapist

Once you book a session with a therapist via SoulUp, we put you in touch with them via WhatsApp allowing you and your therapist to coordinate on a mutually convenient time.

Cancellation policy

You can reschedule or cancel sessions or switch therapists upto 24 hours of the slotted time, post which no rescheduling or refund of sessions is possible.

Late to session policy

If you are over 15 mins late to the session, then the session will be held cancelled and no refund will be available. This has been done to ensure a 'full' session for you as well as to ensure enough gap-time for the therapist before their next session.

Cancelling part of a bundled session

For sessions bought as bundle of 4 at discounted price - if after n sessions, either the therapist or the client wants to discontinue sessions, we initiate refund of remaining sessions. In this case, the actual non-discounted price is deducted for each completed session (instead of the pro-rata amount per session) from the price of the bundled offering and the refund is issued.
