About me

Aishwarya Dahale is an RCI-licensed Clinical Psychologist with an M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology from the National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences (NIMHANS), Bengaluru. She completed her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Psychology from Deogiri College, Aurangabad, Maharashtra.

With over 5 years of experience in mental health, Aishwarya has worked across clinical, community, and integrative healthcare settings. She currently provides psychotherapy and psychological support to adults and couples navigating emotional, relational, and life challenges. She has also contributed to community-based mental health initiatives, including work with NGOs such as St. Broseph Foundation in Bengaluru, supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Aishwarya has received additional training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy (Level 1), Expressive Arts Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). She has also presented her research internationally at a conference in Gdańsk, Poland, exploring attachment to God among adults and its relationship with psychological well-being.

Her therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Positive Psychology, and expressive arts-based interventions. She works from trauma-informed, attachment-informed, and culturally sensitive perspectives, creating a warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their experiences.

Aishwarya supports individuals and couples in developing greater self-understanding, emotional awareness, psychological flexibility, and resilience, while fostering more fulfilling relationships with themselves and others.

Therapy Bookings: Terms & Conditions

Sessions coordinated directly with the therapist

Once you book a session with a therapist via SoulUp, we put you in touch with them via WhatsApp allowing you and your therapist to coordinate on a mutually convenient time.

Cancellation policy

You can reschedule or cancel sessions or switch therapists upto 24 hours of the slotted time, post which no rescheduling or refund of sessions is possible.

Late to session policy

If you are over 15 mins late to the session, then the session will be held cancelled and no refund will be available. This has been done to ensure a 'full' session for you as well as to ensure enough gap-time for the therapist before their next session.

Cancelling part of a bundled session

For sessions bought as bundle of 4 at discounted price - if after n sessions, either the therapist or the client wants to discontinue sessions, we initiate refund of remaining sessions. In this case, the actual non-discounted price is deducted for each completed session (instead of the pro-rata amount per session) from the price of the bundled offering and the refund is issued.
