About me

I'm a counselling psychologist working with a trauma lens, using narrative practices along with other approaches. For me, therapy is not a space to “fix” your life or get solutions for your problems. I believe every individual knows themselves the best, knows what works for them, and what does not. I, as a therapist, will hold a collaborative space where you can find a support system that will help you build a resource/ tool kit for difficult times, for life. Where you will be held while detangling the knots of life, your mind, and make more sense of things, and of self. It is a journey; it does not have a specified end date. It is a very personal process where at both ends are humans, where you are coming to me with your lived experiences and wisdom.

Therapy Bookings: Terms & Conditions

Sessions coordinated directly with the therapist

Once you book a session with a therapist via SoulUp, we put you in touch with them via WhatsApp allowing you and your therapist to coordinate on a mutually convenient time.

Cancellation policy

You can reschedule or cancel sessions or switch therapists upto 24 hours of the slotted time, post which no rescheduling or refund of sessions is possible.

Late to session policy

If you are over 15 mins late to the session, then the session will be held cancelled and no refund will be available. This has been done to ensure a 'full' session for you as well as to ensure enough gap-time for the therapist before their next session.

Cancelling part of a bundled session

For sessions bought as bundle of 4 at discounted price - if after n sessions, either the therapist or the client wants to discontinue sessions, we initiate refund of remaining sessions. In this case, the actual non-discounted price is deducted for each completed session (instead of the pro-rata amount per session) from the price of the bundled offering and the refund is issued.
