About me

My therapeutic work is grounded in trauma-informed, anti-caste, and queer-affirmative practices. Drawing on narrative ideas and expressive arts modalities, I strive to create spaces that centre dignity, agency, and the many stories people carry. I work with a diverse client pool—from young adults navigating transitions to working professionals managing complex life worlds.

I work collaboratively with individuals to re-author experiences shaped by trauma, oppression, and dominant discourses, and to reconnect with skills, strengths, and possibilities that support their ways of navigating the world. I hold a deep commitment to honouring the social, cultural, and structural contexts that shape people’s emotional lives.

Areas I work with include: trauma and violence; caste-based oppression; relationship concerns; grief and loss; ADHD; LGBTQIA+ concerns; depression, anxiety, borderline personality–related distress, and Bipolar Affective Disorder.

Therapy Bookings: Terms & Conditions

Sessions coordinated directly with the therapist

Once you book a session with a therapist via SoulUp, we put you in touch with them via WhatsApp allowing you and your therapist to coordinate on a mutually convenient time.

Cancellation policy

You can reschedule or cancel sessions or switch therapists upto 24 hours of the slotted time, post which no rescheduling or refund of sessions is possible.

Late to session policy

If you are over 15 mins late to the session, then the session will be held cancelled and no refund will be available. This has been done to ensure a 'full' session for you as well as to ensure enough gap-time for the therapist before their next session.

Cancelling part of a bundled session

For sessions bought as bundle of 4 at discounted price - if after n sessions, either the therapist or the client wants to discontinue sessions, we initiate refund of remaining sessions. In this case, the actual non-discounted price is deducted for each completed session (instead of the pro-rata amount per session) from the price of the bundled offering and the refund is issued.
