About me

Anindita Audhkhasi is a therapist who has been practising since May 2024, working primarily with adults between the ages of 18 and 40. Her therapeutic approach is relational, emotionally focused, trauma-informed, and strength-based, creating a space where clients can slow down, explore their emotional experiences, and develop a deeper understanding of themselves.

She works with a range of concerns commonly experienced in adulthood, including career development and uncertainty, body image, gender and sexuality, romantic and interpersonal relationships, family concerns, productivity-related stress, loss and grief, work-life balance, and personal growth.

Anindita believes that therapy can help individuals better understand the values, patterns, emotions, and needs that shape their lives. She takes a collaborative and compassionate approach, supporting clients in building greater self-awareness, emotional clarity, and resilience while working towards meaningful change.

Therapy Bookings: Terms & Conditions

Sessions coordinated directly with the therapist

Once you book a session with a therapist via SoulUp, we put you in touch with them via WhatsApp allowing you and your therapist to coordinate on a mutually convenient time.

Cancellation policy

You can reschedule or cancel sessions or switch therapists upto 24 hours of the slotted time, post which no rescheduling or refund of sessions is possible.

Late to session policy

If you are over 15 mins late to the session, then the session will be held cancelled and no refund will be available. This has been done to ensure a 'full' session for you as well as to ensure enough gap-time for the therapist before their next session.

Cancelling part of a bundled session

For sessions bought as bundle of 4 at discounted price - if after n sessions, either the therapist or the client wants to discontinue sessions, we initiate refund of remaining sessions. In this case, the actual non-discounted price is deducted for each completed session (instead of the pro-rata amount per session) from the price of the bundled offering and the refund is issued.
