About me
Arshiya Garg is a counselling psychologist with over two years of experience supporting individuals through anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, emotional overwhelm, procrastination, low mood, and work–life balance concerns.
Deeply interested in emotions, relationships, and the unique ways people experience the world, she brings a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach to therapy. She believes that there are no one-size-fits-all solutions and that each person’s journey deserves care that is collaborative and tailored to their individual needs.
Her work integrates evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused techniques through a trauma-informed lens. She focuses on helping clients build clarity, emotional resilience, healthier coping strategies, and meaningful change.
Arshiya strives to create a safe and supportive space where individuals feel heard, understood, and empowered to move toward a more balanced and authentic life.

Sessions coordinated directly with the therapist
Once you book a session with a therapist via SoulUp, we put you in touch with them via WhatsApp allowing you and your therapist to coordinate on a mutually convenient time.
Cancellation policy
You can reschedule or cancel sessions or switch therapists upto 24 hours of the slotted time, post which no rescheduling or refund of sessions is possible.
Late to session policy
If you are over 15 mins late to the session, then the session will be held cancelled and no refund will be available. This has been done to ensure a 'full' session for you as well as to ensure enough gap-time for the therapist before their next session.
Cancelling part of a bundled session
For sessions bought as bundle of 4 at discounted price - if after n sessions, either the therapist or the client wants to discontinue sessions, we initiate refund of remaining sessions. In this case, the actual non-discounted price is deducted for each completed session (instead of the pro-rata amount per session) from the price of the bundled offering and the refund is issued.
