About me

Ayushi Dilipkumar is a Clinical Psychologist with an M.Phil in Clinical Psychology, practising at The Brightside Clinic. Her approach is eclectic, drawing from different therapeutic modalities to suit each individual's needs, experiences, and goals. She follows a trauma-informed and neurodivergence-informed approach, supporting individuals navigating a wide range of psychological concerns.

She works with individuals experiencing borderline personality disorder (BPD), ADHD, depression, anxiety, and other emotional and psychological difficulties. She is also a trained Marital Therapist with experience working with over 100 couples, supporting them through relationship challenges and interpersonal concerns.

Ayushi believes therapy should be shaped around the person rather than a fixed approach. Her work is inquisitive, responsive, and collaborative, with an emphasis on understanding each client's story and adapting the therapeutic process as it unfolds. She draws on an integrative approach and continues to explore modalities such as Transactional Analysis, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy (EFCT).

Therapy Bookings: Terms & Conditions

Sessions coordinated directly with the therapist

Once you book a session with a therapist via SoulUp, we put you in touch with them via WhatsApp allowing you and your therapist to coordinate on a mutually convenient time.

Cancellation policy

You can reschedule or cancel sessions or switch therapists upto 24 hours of the slotted time, post which no rescheduling or refund of sessions is possible.

Late to session policy

If you are over 15 mins late to the session, then the session will be held cancelled and no refund will be available. This has been done to ensure a 'full' session for you as well as to ensure enough gap-time for the therapist before their next session.

Cancelling part of a bundled session

For sessions bought as bundle of 4 at discounted price - if after n sessions, either the therapist or the client wants to discontinue sessions, we initiate refund of remaining sessions. In this case, the actual non-discounted price is deducted for each completed session (instead of the pro-rata amount per session) from the price of the bundled offering and the refund is issued.
