About me

Dr. Prajna Mohan Jois is a trauma-informed Counselling Psychologist, trained and qualified in the UK, with 7 years of clinical experience. She works with adolescents, adults, and couples, offering a compassionate, collaborative, and integrative approach to therapy.

Her practice is grounded in person-centred and evidence-based approaches, with particular attention to the ways power, identity, and social context can shape an individual's emotional experiences and relationships. She specializes in supporting clients navigating complex trauma, relationship difficulties, attachment-related concerns, emotional regulation difficulties, and self-criticism.

Dr. Prajna aims to create a safe and reflective space where clients can better understand their experiences, develop greater self-compassion, and explore more authentic and meaningful ways of living. Her approach is collaborative and tailored to each client's unique needs, experiences, and therapeutic goals.

Therapy Bookings: Terms & Conditions

Sessions coordinated directly with the therapist

Once you book a session with a therapist via SoulUp, we put you in touch with them via WhatsApp allowing you and your therapist to coordinate on a mutually convenient time.

Cancellation policy

You can reschedule or cancel sessions or switch therapists upto 24 hours of the slotted time, post which no rescheduling or refund of sessions is possible.

Late to session policy

If you are over 15 mins late to the session, then the session will be held cancelled and no refund will be available. This has been done to ensure a 'full' session for you as well as to ensure enough gap-time for the therapist before their next session.

Cancelling part of a bundled session

For sessions bought as bundle of 4 at discounted price - if after n sessions, either the therapist or the client wants to discontinue sessions, we initiate refund of remaining sessions. In this case, the actual non-discounted price is deducted for each completed session (instead of the pro-rata amount per session) from the price of the bundled offering and the refund is issued.
