Dr. Yatri Patel is a Consultant Psychiatrist with over 7 years of clinical experience, currently associated with Care and Cure Multispeciality Hospital and running her own mental health clinic in Ahmedabad. She has worked across multiple cities in India and brings wide exposure to diverse clinical settings, enabling her to manage a broad range of complex psychiatric conditions. She is known for her careful diagnostic approach and for creating a supportive, empathetic environment for her patients.
Dr. Patel completed her MBBS from AMC MET Medical College and LG Hospital, followed by her MD in Psychiatry from NHL Municipal Medical College and VS Hospital, Ahmedabad. She has actively participated in academic and research work within psychiatry and has published multiple papers. Her clinical work is complemented by regular participation in workshops and continued professional development, ensuring her practice remains aligned with current evidence-based standards.

Once you book a session with a therapist via SoulUp, we put you in touch with them via WhatsApp allowing you and your therapist to coordinate on a mutually convenient time.
Cancellation policy
You can reschedule or cancel sessions or switch therapists upto 24 hours of the slotted time, post which no rescheduling or refund of sessions is possible.
Late to session policy
If you are over 15 mins late to the session, then the session will be held cancelled and no refund will be available. This has been done to ensure a 'full' session for you as well as to ensure enough gap-time for the therapist before their next session.
Cancelling part of a bundled session
For sessions bought as bundle of 4 at discounted price - if after n sessions, either the therapist or the client wants to discontinue sessions, we initiate refund of remaining sessions. In this case, the actual non-discounted price is deducted for each completed session (instead of the pro-rata amount per session) from the price of the bundled offering and the refund is issued.
