About me

Himanshi Rangi is a Clinical Psychologist with an M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology from IHBAS, Delhi, where she graduated Rank 1. Her clinical training has involved working with individuals across a range of psychological concerns, with particular interest in anxiety, OCD, overthinking, self-esteem, perfectionism, stress and burnout, and life transitions.

Himanshi believes therapy is more than simply talking about what is going wrong. She helps clients understand the patterns underlying their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, explore what may be keeping them stuck, and identify meaningful ways to move forward.

Her therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, and evidence-based, drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and schema- and trauma-informed approaches. She aims to create a space where clients can make sense of their experiences rather than focusing solely on managing symptoms.

Through therapy, Himanshi supports clients in developing practical skills, strengthening self-understanding, and making meaningful changes that extend beyond the therapy room. She meets clients where they are and works collaboratively with them towards greater clarity, resilience, and psychological well-being.

Therapy Bookings: Terms & Conditions

Sessions coordinated directly with the therapist

Once you book a session with a therapist via SoulUp, we put you in touch with them via WhatsApp allowing you and your therapist to coordinate on a mutually convenient time.

Cancellation policy

You can reschedule or cancel sessions or switch therapists upto 24 hours of the slotted time, post which no rescheduling or refund of sessions is possible.

Late to session policy

If you are over 15 mins late to the session, then the session will be held cancelled and no refund will be available. This has been done to ensure a 'full' session for you as well as to ensure enough gap-time for the therapist before their next session.

Cancelling part of a bundled session

For sessions bought as bundle of 4 at discounted price - if after n sessions, either the therapist or the client wants to discontinue sessions, we initiate refund of remaining sessions. In this case, the actual non-discounted price is deducted for each completed session (instead of the pro-rata amount per session) from the price of the bundled offering and the refund is issued.
