About me

I’m a counselling psychologist and PhD candidate in health psychology with over a decade of experience in mental health care. My journey spans individual therapy, mental health startup consulting, and research into behavior change and lifestyle adherence.

Having worked both in private practice and with digital platforms, I bridge clinical wisdom with product insight - helping digital health teams design experiences that feel emotionally safe, engaging, and evidence-informed. My specializations include stress, anxiety, depression, self-esteem building and lifestyle change habits by applying CBT, Acceptance and Positive Health Psychology based interventions. I also offer EAP services for employees, to enhance engagement and satisfaction at work by taking care of their emotional and physical wellbeing.

Therapy Bookings: Terms & Conditions

Sessions coordinated directly with the therapist

Once you book a session with a therapist via SoulUp, we put you in touch with them via WhatsApp allowing you and your therapist to coordinate on a mutually convenient time.

Cancellation policy

You can reschedule or cancel sessions or switch therapists upto 24 hours of the slotted time, post which no rescheduling or refund of sessions is possible.

Late to session policy

If you are over 15 mins late to the session, then the session will be held cancelled and no refund will be available. This has been done to ensure a 'full' session for you as well as to ensure enough gap-time for the therapist before their next session.

Cancelling part of a bundled session

For sessions bought as bundle of 4 at discounted price - if after n sessions, either the therapist or the client wants to discontinue sessions, we initiate refund of remaining sessions. In this case, the actual non-discounted price is deducted for each completed session (instead of the pro-rata amount per session) from the price of the bundled offering and the refund is issued.
