About me

I’m a therapist who offers a grounded, compassionate space to explore the stories that shape your life. I support individuals navigating grief, anxiety, life transitions, identity exploration, relationship concerns, the impact of difficult childhood experiences, and that pervasive feeling of being emotionally “stuck.” My practice is rooted in values of social justice and is trauma-informed, queer-affirmative, feminist, and strength-based. I work relationally and collaboratively, drawing from narrative therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic practices, and systemic thinking. I aim to help you connect with different parts of yourself - especially the ones that feel overwhelmed, silenced, or in conflict - and make space for healing through the body and nervous system, not just the mind. Therapy with me isn’t about diagnosing or fixing. It’s about slowing down, witnessing your experience, and making meaning together. I hold space for complexity, contradiction, and growth - and strive to meet you with warmth, curiosity, and care.

Therapy Bookings: Terms & Conditions

Sessions coordinated directly with the therapist

Once you book a session with a therapist via SoulUp, we put you in touch with them via WhatsApp allowing you and your therapist to coordinate on a mutually convenient time.

Cancellation policy

You can reschedule or cancel sessions or switch therapists upto 24 hours of the slotted time, post which no rescheduling or refund of sessions is possible.

Late to session policy

If you are over 15 mins late to the session, then the session will be held cancelled and no refund will be available. This has been done to ensure a 'full' session for you as well as to ensure enough gap-time for the therapist before their next session.

Cancelling part of a bundled session

For sessions bought as bundle of 4 at discounted price - if after n sessions, either the therapist or the client wants to discontinue sessions, we initiate refund of remaining sessions. In this case, the actual non-discounted price is deducted for each completed session (instead of the pro-rata amount per session) from the price of the bundled offering and the refund is issued.
