About me

Naina Arora is a Counselling Psychologist with over 7 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults, with a primary focus on adults up to the age of 45. She takes a warm, person-centred, trauma-informed, and collaborative approach to therapy, believing that each individual's experiences are unique and that therapy should be thoughtfully tailored to their needs.

She follows an eclectic and integrative therapeutic framework, drawing from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and attachment-based interventions. She is also trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples.

Naina is committed to creating a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where clients feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported. She works collaboratively with individuals and couples to process difficult experiences, strengthen emotional well-being, and foster meaningful, lasting change.

Therapy Bookings: Terms & Conditions

Sessions coordinated directly with the therapist

Once you book a session with a therapist via SoulUp, we put you in touch with them via WhatsApp allowing you and your therapist to coordinate on a mutually convenient time.

Cancellation policy

You can reschedule or cancel sessions or switch therapists upto 24 hours of the slotted time, post which no rescheduling or refund of sessions is possible.

Late to session policy

If you are over 15 mins late to the session, then the session will be held cancelled and no refund will be available. This has been done to ensure a 'full' session for you as well as to ensure enough gap-time for the therapist before their next session.

Cancelling part of a bundled session

For sessions bought as bundle of 4 at discounted price - if after n sessions, either the therapist or the client wants to discontinue sessions, we initiate refund of remaining sessions. In this case, the actual non-discounted price is deducted for each completed session (instead of the pro-rata amount per session) from the price of the bundled offering and the refund is issued.
