About me

Navika Bansal is a psychologist who creates a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental space for individuals to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences with openness and curiosity. She believes that meaningful change develops through greater understanding, self-awareness, and a willingness to explore one's inner world at a pace that feels comfortable.

Her approach is grounded in Trauma-Informed Care and Person-Centred Therapy, with a focus on creating a safe and collaborative therapeutic environment. She works with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, stress, and self-esteem concerns, while also supporting those seeking greater self-understanding and personal growth.

Navika's therapeutic work is collaborative and reflective, helping clients make sense of their experiences, develop greater emotional awareness, and move forward with greater clarity, steadiness, and self-compassion.

Therapy Bookings: Terms & Conditions

Sessions coordinated directly with the therapist

Once you book a session with a therapist via SoulUp, we put you in touch with them via WhatsApp allowing you and your therapist to coordinate on a mutually convenient time.

Cancellation policy

You can reschedule or cancel sessions or switch therapists upto 24 hours of the slotted time, post which no rescheduling or refund of sessions is possible.

Late to session policy

If you are over 15 mins late to the session, then the session will be held cancelled and no refund will be available. This has been done to ensure a 'full' session for you as well as to ensure enough gap-time for the therapist before their next session.

Cancelling part of a bundled session

For sessions bought as bundle of 4 at discounted price - if after n sessions, either the therapist or the client wants to discontinue sessions, we initiate refund of remaining sessions. In this case, the actual non-discounted price is deducted for each completed session (instead of the pro-rata amount per session) from the price of the bundled offering and the refund is issued.
