About me

I am a therapist with experience of over 3,000 sessions with clients aged 21–50. I believe that humans don’t need to be “fixed” or “saved,” but need connection, attunement, and a safe space to show up authentically with all their parts. My aim is to build a trusting therapeutic relationship where you feel seen, heard, and free from judgment.

I follow a relational approach, integrating frameworks such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and somatic practices. My work is trauma-informed and explores upbringing, culture, systems, relationships, attachments, values, and beliefs to understand each person holistically.

I support clients navigating emotional regulation, anxiety, grief, relational difficulties, and challenges in processing past experiences. My goal is to create a space where you can connect with yourself fully, be authentic, and meet even the parts of yourself that feel distant, misunderstood, or “too much.” I walk alongside my clients with curiosity, empathy, and compassion, helping them cultivate the same acceptance within themselves.

Therapy Bookings: Terms & Conditions

Sessions coordinated directly with the therapist

Once you book a session with a therapist via SoulUp, we put you in touch with them via WhatsApp allowing you and your therapist to coordinate on a mutually convenient time.

Cancellation policy

You can reschedule or cancel sessions or switch therapists upto 24 hours of the slotted time, post which no rescheduling or refund of sessions is possible.

Late to session policy

If you are over 15 mins late to the session, then the session will be held cancelled and no refund will be available. This has been done to ensure a 'full' session for you as well as to ensure enough gap-time for the therapist before their next session.

Cancelling part of a bundled session

For sessions bought as bundle of 4 at discounted price - if after n sessions, either the therapist or the client wants to discontinue sessions, we initiate refund of remaining sessions. In this case, the actual non-discounted price is deducted for each completed session (instead of the pro-rata amount per session) from the price of the bundled offering and the refund is issued.
