About me

Puja Dedhia is a mental health practitioner with an MA in Clinical Psychology from SNDT University, Churchgate. She has received training in a foundational course on trauma-informed therapy, Queer Affirmative Counselling Practices (QACP), and a 30-hour experiential course in Gestalt Therapy. Her therapeutic approach is further enriched by integrating a range of modalities including but not limited to, person-centred therapy, cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), and narrative practices.

Puja aims to create a safe, empathetic, and non-judgemental space where clients can bring all parts of themselves. She tailors therapy to each individual's unique emotional, cultural, and relational context. Her work focuses on empowering individuals to reconnect with themselves, build resources to navigate life’s challenges, and engage more fully with the present. She is committed to walking alongside her clients in their journey of healing and growth.

Therapy Bookings: Terms & Conditions

Sessions coordinated directly with the therapist

Once you book a session with a therapist via SoulUp, we put you in touch with them via WhatsApp allowing you and your therapist to coordinate on a mutually convenient time.

Cancellation policy

You can reschedule or cancel sessions or switch therapists upto 24 hours of the slotted time, post which no rescheduling or refund of sessions is possible.

Late to session policy

If you are over 15 mins late to the session, then the session will be held cancelled and no refund will be available. This has been done to ensure a 'full' session for you as well as to ensure enough gap-time for the therapist before their next session.

Cancelling part of a bundled session

For sessions bought as bundle of 4 at discounted price - if after n sessions, either the therapist or the client wants to discontinue sessions, we initiate refund of remaining sessions. In this case, the actual non-discounted price is deducted for each completed session (instead of the pro-rata amount per session) from the price of the bundled offering and the refund is issued.
