About me

Shubhangi Bhagawati is a Consultant Psychologist with extensive experience in individual therapy, group sessions, and support groups. Her work spans relationship and couples counselling, career counselling, and personal growth, with a focus on helping individuals navigate emotional challenges, build resilience, and create fulfilling life paths. She has worked with adolescents, young adults, and adults, addressing a range of concerns including emotional regulation, self-esteem, relationship dynamics, and life transitions. Using an eclectic approach, Shubhangi creates a safe and reflective space for self-understanding and growth. Currently pursuing her PhD in Psychology, her research interests lie in emotional processes, and behavioural patterns in young adults. Through her work, she aims to make mental health care approachable, empathetic, and deeply human.

Therapy Bookings: Terms & Conditions

Sessions coordinated directly with the therapist

Once you book a session with a therapist via SoulUp, we put you in touch with them via WhatsApp allowing you and your therapist to coordinate on a mutually convenient time.

Cancellation policy

You can reschedule or cancel sessions or switch therapists upto 24 hours of the slotted time, post which no rescheduling or refund of sessions is possible.

Late to session policy

If you are over 15 mins late to the session, then the session will be held cancelled and no refund will be available. This has been done to ensure a 'full' session for you as well as to ensure enough gap-time for the therapist before their next session.

Cancelling part of a bundled session

For sessions bought as bundle of 4 at discounted price - if after n sessions, either the therapist or the client wants to discontinue sessions, we initiate refund of remaining sessions. In this case, the actual non-discounted price is deducted for each completed session (instead of the pro-rata amount per session) from the price of the bundled offering and the refund is issued.
