About me

Shweta Mangahani is a counselling psychologist, educator, and expressive arts–based practitioner with over seven years of experience. Her work integrates therapy, reflection, and creative exploration, grounded in the belief that healing involves not just talking, but also experiencing and making meaning of one’s inner world.

She is the founder of Sukh by Shm, where she offers safe, compassionate support to individuals navigating anxiety, relationships, life transitions, self-worth, emotional overwhelm, and identity exploration. Her approach is trauma-aware, culturally sensitive, and deeply relational.

Trained in expressive arts, CBT, person-centred therapy, narrative practices, and queer-affirmative care, Shweta also facilitates life skills and self-exploration spaces across diverse settings, including schools, NGOs, and communities. She brings warmth, empathy, and gentle humour into her work, creating a non-judgemental space for reflection, healing, and growth.

Therapy Bookings: Terms & Conditions

Sessions coordinated directly with the therapist

Once you book a session with a therapist via SoulUp, we put you in touch with them via WhatsApp allowing you and your therapist to coordinate on a mutually convenient time.

Cancellation policy

You can reschedule or cancel sessions or switch therapists upto 24 hours of the slotted time, post which no rescheduling or refund of sessions is possible.

Late to session policy

If you are over 15 mins late to the session, then the session will be held cancelled and no refund will be available. This has been done to ensure a 'full' session for you as well as to ensure enough gap-time for the therapist before their next session.

Cancelling part of a bundled session

For sessions bought as bundle of 4 at discounted price - if after n sessions, either the therapist or the client wants to discontinue sessions, we initiate refund of remaining sessions. In this case, the actual non-discounted price is deducted for each completed session (instead of the pro-rata amount per session) from the price of the bundled offering and the refund is issued.
