About me

Srijana Hajara is a Clinical Psychologist with an M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology from the National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences (NIMHANS). She has experience providing psychological assessments, case formulation, and evidence-based psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults across hospital and counselling settings.

Her clinical work includes supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, interpersonal difficulties, and marital concerns. Srijana follows a warm, trauma-informed, and client-centred approach, tailoring therapy to each individual's unique experiences and needs.

She is committed to creating a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. Through therapy, she supports clients in developing greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and the skills needed to work towards meaningful and lasting well-being.

Therapy Bookings: Terms & Conditions

Sessions coordinated directly with the therapist

Once you book a session with a therapist via SoulUp, we put you in touch with them via WhatsApp allowing you and your therapist to coordinate on a mutually convenient time.

Cancellation policy

You can reschedule or cancel sessions or switch therapists upto 24 hours of the slotted time, post which no rescheduling or refund of sessions is possible.

Late to session policy

If you are over 15 mins late to the session, then the session will be held cancelled and no refund will be available. This has been done to ensure a 'full' session for you as well as to ensure enough gap-time for the therapist before their next session.

Cancelling part of a bundled session

For sessions bought as bundle of 4 at discounted price - if after n sessions, either the therapist or the client wants to discontinue sessions, we initiate refund of remaining sessions. In this case, the actual non-discounted price is deducted for each completed session (instead of the pro-rata amount per session) from the price of the bundled offering and the refund is issued.
