About me

I’m a Counselling Psychologist and a Trauma-Informed Therapist, and I aim to provide a safe and supportive space where you can reflect, explore, and grow at your own pace, without judgement. I have more than 3 years of experience working with adults between 18-50 years of age.

My practice is grounded in navigating the journey alongside you, using a person-centered approach that allows our sessions to be tailored to your needs - weaving together different modalities like Internal Family Systems Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, and Mindfulness Practices, but always led by what feels most meaningful and supportive for your journey. Over the years, I have walked with people navigating the complexities of anxiety, depression, living with chronic illness, relationship difficulties, and major life transitions.

Mindfulness is a guiding thread in this process, creating a gentle space for you to slow down, connect more fully with yourself, and find your own sense of calm and grounding.

Therapy Bookings: Terms & Conditions

Sessions coordinated directly with the therapist

Once you book a session with a therapist via SoulUp, we put you in touch with them via WhatsApp allowing you and your therapist to coordinate on a mutually convenient time.

Cancellation policy

You can reschedule or cancel sessions or switch therapists upto 24 hours of the slotted time, post which no rescheduling or refund of sessions is possible.

Late to session policy

If you are over 15 mins late to the session, then the session will be held cancelled and no refund will be available. This has been done to ensure a 'full' session for you as well as to ensure enough gap-time for the therapist before their next session.

Cancelling part of a bundled session

For sessions bought as bundle of 4 at discounted price - if after n sessions, either the therapist or the client wants to discontinue sessions, we initiate refund of remaining sessions. In this case, the actual non-discounted price is deducted for each completed session (instead of the pro-rata amount per session) from the price of the bundled offering and the refund is issued.
