About me

I am a trauma-informed psychotherapist working with adults (18+) who are navigating anxiety, relationship difficulties, burnout, identity questions, and the long-term impact of early life experiences. I believe therapy should not exist only in moments of crisis but as a meaningful part of everyday life. When seeking support becomes normalized rather than feared, suffering does not have to escalate into survival.

I completed my MSc in Counselling Studies (Psychodynamic and Person-Centred) at the University of Edinburgh. My training integrates the depth-oriented insight of psychodynamic therapy with the relational presence of person-centred counselling. I work from a systemic and social lens, which means I consider not only your internal world but also the wider contexts that shape you - family dynamics, culture, power structures, and intergenerational patterns.

Much of my work explores attachment styles and how early childhood experiences continue to influence adult relationships, sense of self, and emotional regulation. I aim to create a space that feels safe, reflective, and honest — where patterns can be understood rather than judged. At its heart, my work is about holding you as you re-author your experiences — understanding not only what happened, but what is asking of you now.

My core therapeutic approaches include Psychodynamic Therapy, Systemic/Family-Informed Therapy, and Person-Centred Counselling. I commonly work with relational abuse (sexual, emotional, financial, or physical), anxiety, panic and depression, grief and loss, burnout, neurodivergence (ADHD and Autism), and body image and self-worth concerns.

Therapy Bookings: Terms & Conditions

Sessions coordinated directly with the therapist.

Once you book a session with a therapist via SoulUp, we put you in touch with them via WhatsApp allowing you and your therapist to coordinate on a mutually convenient time.

Cancellation policy

You can reschedule or cancel sessions or switch therapists upto 24 hours of the slotted time, post which no rescheduling or refund of sessions is possible.

Late to session policy

If you are over 15 mins late to the session, then the session will be held cancelled and no refund will be available. This has been done to ensure a 'full' session for you as well as to ensure enough gap-time for the therapist before their next session.

Cancelling part of a bundled session

For sessions bought as bundle of 4 at discounted price - if after n sessions, either the therapist or the client wants to discontinue sessions, we initiate refund of remaining sessions. In this case, the actual non-discounted price is deducted for each completed session (instead of the pro-rata amount per session) from the price of the bundled offering and the refund is issued.
