About me
Vanshika Mirza is a psychologist, trainer, and content creator with over five years of experience in mental health, child protection, and psychosocial support across schools, organisations, and humanitarian settings. She holds a Master’s degree in Psychosocial Clinical Studies and practices through a trauma-informed, queer-affirmative, and social justice–oriented lens.
Vanshika has worked with several national and international organisations, including BOSCO-UNHCR, iCALL Psychosocial Helpline, Bajaj Finserv, and Curefit. Her work has included large-scale training programs, psychosocial interventions, employee assistance program delivery, digital learning content, and community engagement initiatives. She has supported diverse groups including women survivors of violence, refugee communities, school systems, and corporate teams.
She is a Certified QPR Gatekeeper and a Dale Carnegie Training–certified trainer, with additional training in instructional design. Vanshika has conducted POCSO sensitisation programs, mental health workshops, teacher trainings, and advocacy sessions across the country, including in Army and Air Force schools.
Alongside training and facilitation, Vanshika offers therapeutic spaces grounded in empathy and psychological safety. She believes healing begins when individuals feel genuinely seen and heard, and she supports clients in exploring their emotions, identities, and experiences without judgement. Her work is guided by the belief that empathy, awareness, and education can help build healthier and more equitable communities.

Therapy Bookings: Terms & Conditions
Sessions coordinated directly with the therapist
Once you book a session with a therapist via SoulUp, we put you in touch with them via WhatsApp allowing you and your therapist to coordinate on a mutually convenient time.
Cancellation policy
You can reschedule or cancel sessions or switch therapists upto 24 hours of the slotted time, post which no rescheduling or refund of sessions is possible.
Late to session policy
If you are over 15 mins late to the session, then the session will be held cancelled and no refund will be available. This has been done to ensure a 'full' session for you as well as to ensure enough gap-time for the therapist before their next session.
Cancelling part of a bundled session
For sessions bought as bundle of 4 at discounted price - if after n sessions, either the therapist or the client wants to discontinue sessions, we initiate refund of remaining sessions. In this case, the actual non-discounted price is deducted for each completed session (instead of the pro-rata amount per session) from the price of the bundled offering and the refund is issued.
