About me

Anushka Kalra is a Counselling Psychologist with over 3 years of experience, dedicated to helping individuals navigate emotional challenges with empathy, compassion, and evidence-based care. She believes that every person's journey is unique and strives to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to explore their thoughts and emotions at their own pace.

She works with individuals experiencing anxiety, stress, self-esteem concerns, relationship and interpersonal difficulties, career-related challenges, life transitions, and emotional regulation issues. Drawing from a holistic, client-centred, and eclectic approach, she tailors therapy to each individual's unique needs, strengths, and goals, helping them build healthier coping skills and emotional resilience.

Anushka views therapy as a collaborative process that fosters self-awareness, personal growth, and lasting emotional well-being. She is committed to supporting her clients in developing practical tools, gaining deeper insight, and creating meaningful change while ensuring they feel safe, respected, and supported throughout their therapeutic journey.

Therapy Bookings: Terms & Conditions

Sessions coordinated directly with the therapist

Once you book a session with a therapist via SoulUp, we put you in touch with them via WhatsApp allowing you and your therapist to coordinate on a mutually convenient time.

Cancellation policy

You can reschedule or cancel sessions or switch therapists upto 24 hours of the slotted time, post which no rescheduling or refund of sessions is possible.

Late to session policy

If you are over 15 mins late to the session, then the session will be held cancelled and no refund will be available. This has been done to ensure a 'full' session for you as well as to ensure enough gap-time for the therapist before their next session.

Cancelling part of a bundled session

For sessions bought as bundle of 4 at discounted price - if after n sessions, either the therapist or the client wants to discontinue sessions, we initiate refund of remaining sessions. In this case, the actual non-discounted price is deducted for each completed session (instead of the pro-rata amount per session) from the price of the bundled offering and the refund is issued.
