About me

Archana is a Counselling Psychologist with a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology and 3 years of experience supporting young adults and adults through emotional, behavioural, and psychological challenges. Her experience spans clinical and counselling settings, including training at a medical psychology and rehabilitation centre, working as a psychologist at BITS Pilani–Hyderabad, and providing mental health support through a leading corporate mental health benefit.

Archana takes a collaborative and exploratory approach to therapy, drawing from Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT) and Logotherapy. She uses gentle confrontation to help clients recognise and work through unhelpful or deeply rooted patterns, while creating space for honest self-reflection and growth.

She works with concerns including anxiety, self-worth, difficult life transitions, perfectionism, relationship concerns, procrastination, behavioural addictions, stress, and burnout. Archana believes that looking inward can help individuals better understand what they are experiencing and develop greater clarity, agency, and resilience in navigating life's challenges.

Therapy Bookings: Terms & Conditions

Sessions coordinated directly with the therapist

Once you book a session with a therapist via SoulUp, we put you in touch with them via WhatsApp allowing you and your therapist to coordinate on a mutually convenient time.

Cancellation policy

You can reschedule or cancel sessions or switch therapists upto 24 hours of the slotted time, post which no rescheduling or refund of sessions is possible.

Late to session policy

If you are over 15 mins late to the session, then the session will be held cancelled and no refund will be available. This has been done to ensure a 'full' session for you as well as to ensure enough gap-time for the therapist before their next session.

Cancelling part of a bundled session

For sessions bought as bundle of 4 at discounted price - if after n sessions, either the therapist or the client wants to discontinue sessions, we initiate refund of remaining sessions. In this case, the actual non-discounted price is deducted for each completed session (instead of the pro-rata amount per session) from the price of the bundled offering and the refund is issued.
