About me

Hey there, I am Nidhi. I believe every person carries a unique story, and therapy is a space to explore, understand, and reshape that story in ways that empower you. I’ve been working in this field for a while now and have had the privilege of walking alongside individuals through many different chapters of life, offering support with empathy and care. My approach is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and respect, drawing from trauma-informed and strength-based practices.

I tailor our work together to support your unique path, with the goal of building a safe, genuine, and collaborative space. Together, we’ll focus on what matters most to you, helping you grow in ways that feel meaningful, authentic, and aligned with your values.

Therapy Bookings: Terms & Conditions

Sessions coordinated directly with the therapist

Once you book a session with a therapist via SoulUp, we put you in touch with them via WhatsApp allowing you and your therapist to coordinate on a mutually convenient time.

Cancellation policy

You can reschedule or cancel sessions or switch therapists upto 24 hours of the slotted time, post which no rescheduling or refund of sessions is possible.

Late to session policy

If you are over 15 mins late to the session, then the session will be held cancelled and no refund will be available. This has been done to ensure a 'full' session for you as well as to ensure enough gap-time for the therapist before their next session.

Cancelling part of a bundled session

For sessions bought as bundle of 4 at discounted price - if after n sessions, either the therapist or the client wants to discontinue sessions, we initiate refund of remaining sessions. In this case, the actual non-discounted price is deducted for each completed session (instead of the pro-rata amount per session) from the price of the bundled offering and the refund is issued.
