About me

Urvashi Jain is an RCI-certified rehabilitation and counselling psychologist who has been practicing since 2018. Her therapeutic approach is warm, reflective, and grounded in each client’s lived experiences.

She often works with individuals who may appear “fine” externally while carrying significant emotional weight internally. Urvashi creates a thoughtful and supportive space where clients can slow down, reflect, and explore their inner experiences with honesty and care.

Her work is informed by evidence-based approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and queer- and neuro-affirmative perspectives. At the core of her practice is a collaborative process where therapy follows the client’s pace, story, and personal journey toward clarity, healing, and meaningful change.

Therapy Bookings: Terms & Conditions

Sessions coordinated directly with the therapist

Once you book a session with a therapist via SoulUp, we put you in touch with them via WhatsApp allowing you and your therapist to coordinate on a mutually convenient time.

Cancellation policy

You can reschedule or cancel sessions or switch therapists upto 24 hours of the slotted time, post which no rescheduling or refund of sessions is possible.

Late to session policy

If you are over 15 mins late to the session, then the session will be held cancelled and no refund will be available. This has been done to ensure a 'full' session for you as well as to ensure enough gap-time for the therapist before their next session.

Cancelling part of a bundled session

For sessions bought as bundle of 4 at discounted price - if after n sessions, either the therapist or the client wants to discontinue sessions, we initiate refund of remaining sessions. In this case, the actual non-discounted price is deducted for each completed session (instead of the pro-rata amount per session) from the price of the bundled offering and the refund is issued.
